Ghosthawk uses fixed prices or fixed phases wherever the work can be sensibly defined. Larger or developing investigations are divided into authorised phases rather than left running on an open-ended hourly meter.

Different rows below may show alternative response levels, sequential phases or alternative scope levels. The descriptor tells you which applies; figures are not cumulative unless the service actually requires more than one phase.
Investigation & Intelligence

These figures represent the scope or deployment level shown on each row. We agree the appropriate starting scope before work begins; a higher figure is not automatically a later charge.
Commercial rules
Know what is fixed and what can change.
The client buys a defined professional phase, not a bank of minutes. A particular investigative or recovery result cannot be guaranteed.

Additional professional work
For most published fixed-price services, further work against the same objective can be authorised in fixed 3-person-hour blocks at £250 per block. Surveillance can use this mechanism to extend the same authorised deployment.

Travel time
Relevant travel counts within professional person-hours; known geography is reflected in the quote.

Mileage and direct costs
60p per authorised vehicle mile. Parking, tolls, ferries, accommodation, recovery providers and specialist experts are separately agreed where required.

Separately quoted deployments
Repeat Test & Evidential Purchasing deployments and all covert or undercover work are separately scoped and quoted. A new surveillance deployment or materially changed objective is also separately priced before it begins.
